Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We value our consumers’ satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent cancellation and rescheduling process for appointments. Please take note of the following policy:
Cancellation Policy: Consumers are allowed to cancel their appointment up to 15 minutes before their scheduled timeslot. Once this 15-minute window has passed, cancellations cannot be accommodated. We encourage consumers to inform us as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Rescheduling: If a consumer wishes to reschedule their appointment and cannot attend the call, they may do so within 30 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
Right To Deny Cancellation: Our support team reserves the right to evaluate and decide upon cancellation or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only in rare situations where the cancellation was unavoidable. Each refund request will be carefully reviewed based on the reason provided for cancellation.
