Your Pets getting Fear of sound

Keeping your pets safe amidst festivities

Keeping your pets safe amidst festivities

The season oozing with delightful colours of cheer and illuminated joy is just around the corner. As we descend through the months of festivities and engulf ourselves in its sparkle, we can feel the sun bright a brighter smile upon us. While we put up the lights and paint the home with beautiful delights, we also have to keep in mind the well-being and safety of everyone around us. As pet parents, we are endowed with a greater responsibility of keeping our pets safe and sound while letting them indulge in the joy of festivals. While we pour ourselves and our loved ones a jug of smile and spray across hues of happiness, we should ensure the comfort and ease of our lovely puppy. Lucky for you, JaldeeVets has covered you with the necessary steps to secure your pet’s safety.

Walks are soothing for your pets

Festivals come and go, but the growth and health of your pet are paramount throughout, and there’s no skipping that. Take your pooch out on daily walks. If it isn’t feasible in the evening owing to the pomp and show of festivities, you can schedule these strolls for the morning. The festival season can become hectic, so daily walks might give you an escape and let you spend some jolly time with your pal. During this time, you can strengthen your bond with the pet by observing and analyzing any changing pattern in their behaviour.

First-aid kit in proximity

Accidents are precarious and often unpredictable, especially when everyone’s drowning in the scent of celebrations. While making arrangements to keep any mishappening at bay, prepare yourself for accidents, if or when they happen. Always keep your first aid kit ready at all times. You can also consult your vet to let them help you customize the first aid depending on the size and breed of your pet. While you are aligning the first aid, make sure to keep your vet’s contact handy.

Indoors are shielding

The eve and celebrations are always very happening and bustling with noise. Although you have no control over the noise outside, you can tone things down within the periphery of your abode. Keep your pet indoors and away from the commotion. Put cotton buds into their ears to protect their eardrums if required. This can also be supplemented with soft and soothing pet music to help calm them. The hubbub of firecrackers and lights can be overwhelming and induce unease and anxiety in your pet. So try keeping them indoors only and away from anything hazardous or lighted.

Take advantage of your pets regular meal.

Even though the festivities call for all hands on deck and keep you highly occupied, you must pay attention to the dietary needs of your bub. Please do not feed them the food that you are consuming. Please treat them with a proper diet that keeps their immune and health at par. But to cheer things up, you can supplement them with a treat and delight of their liking.

Pet Collars are essential.

It’s always advisable to be safe than sorry. Your pet might get swamped in the chaos of celebrations and ceremonies, which may even push them to escape or run away. To prevent them from getting lost, make sure to install the pet collar on your pal with your name and contact details on the same.

Festivals bring glitters of happy smiles and a chance to embrace the joy of living. It gives us a moment to extend gratification towards everything and everyone dear to us. So, this season, ensure you shower your pet with an abundance of kindness and care to maintain their triumphant health while keeping them safe.
